MyRyde.app supports the Non Emergency Medical Transportation or NEMT needs of our dryvers communities, MyRyde.app partners with insurance companies and state & federal programs like medicaid to get patients from their home to medical appointments and pharmacies with hand in hand assistance in and out of the vehicle from door to door. MyRyde.app dryvers must first complete online courses and pass tests to earn certification in HIPPA and ADA Compliance.
The process of scheduling and taking NEMT rydes on MyRyde.app starts with the ryder requesting their standing order be issued to their desired myryde.app dryver. The ryder’s NEMT ride broker will assign their ride benefit to MyRyde.app and then MyRyde.app will assign the NEMT ryde to the ryder’s selected dryver.
