This training course is designed to provide an overview of state and federal rules, regulations, and laws that govern the Non-Emergency Transportation Management (NEMT) industry.

The training must be completed annually by all independent contractors, transportation providers, and drivers who participate in the NEMT program.

This course is best viewed on a laptop or computer. If you use your mobile device, we recommend navigating between chapters while holding your phone as usual, and flipping it to horizontal view mode, when reviewing the presentation slides/pages.
