On Rydes CPT
Rydes are named by date and H/W or W/H and time of pick up Example: “12/14/2025-H/W-6:15PM” “12/15/2025-W/H-6:15AM” and created when schedule is posted by ryder and confirmed by dryver.
Status of scheduled / in-process / completed
Dryver confirms availability for ryde 30 minutes in advance
Ryder can report sick day cancellation any time before pickup time but Dryver will not begin travel to Ryder pickup address without payment confirmation.
Ryder purchases ryde product from woo commerce cart
Dryver is notified of purchased ryde and to head to pick up
Create woocommerce receipt link for both to view
Show location of progress of Dryver to both Dryver and Ryder
Start ryde buttons for Ryder and End Trip buttons for Dryver must be activated to begin and complete trips Ryder starts the ryde and driver ends the ryde
Record start and end time and distance to each ryde
After the ryde Dryver receives confirmation of funds released.
