Yes, you can use myryde.app to take you anywhere that you make frequent and scheduled trips, just be aware that all myryde.app rydes are scheduled 1 week in advance to plan the dryvers daily routes and ensure all ryders get to their destinations on time.

There are 2 ways to find a dryver; when riding in another ride share vehicle ask the dryver to join myryde.app and create a dryver profile or search for a dryver nearby with the zip code filter. The latter may be more challenging in some areas until the good word about myryde.app spreads and the former will earn you 3 ryde points towards a free ryde.

Yes, there is instant messaging built right into your dashboard on myryde.app so contacting your ryder or dryver is very easy and instantaneous.
Unfortunately this happens all the time and in other ride share vehicles you will never see it again, but MyRyde.app dryvers can be contacted by instant message to bring the items to you or to save the items until they pick you up for your next trip.
Other ride share companies charge on average $2 to $2.50 per mile based on time of day, number of drivers online and local events. MyRyde.app has a constant and much lower $1.50 per mile rate.
Other ride share companies payout maximum 50% commission of total price. MyRyde.app dryvers start out receiving 75% commission of the ryde price and though earning and redeeming points can increase the percentage to 85%.
No, the rates are set at $1.50 per mile to protect the dryvers profitability. The costs of fuel, loan payments, insurance, and maintenance deduct from dryver profits before any of the dryver’s time is compensated.

Payouts happen once per week on Wednesday to your paypal or bank account. The payout period will be from the prior Sunday through Saturday.

Ryder points are earned:

5 points per ryde started.
3 points per invited dryver that ends first ryde.
1 point per invited ryder that starts first ryde.
Ryder points are redeemed:
50 points for free ryde.

Dryver points are earned:

5 points per invited dryver that ends first ryde.
3 points per invited ryder that starts first ryde.
1 point per ryde ended.
Dryver points are redeemed:
50 points to go from 75% to 80% commissions.
100 points to go from 80% to 85% commissions.

Inviting new dryvers to MyRyde.app will earn you override commissions on all the rydes they complete until the recruited dryver recheaches 100 points.

The 3 types of rydes found on MyRyde.app are;

  1. Self-Pay Rydes are scheduled by and paid for by the ryder using a credit card, cash app, paypal or points.
  2. Charitable Rydes are scheduled by qualified beneficiary ryders and paid for by the executive director of Provyde A Ryde 501(c)(3) using donations from the community or donor’s choice funds.
  3. NEMT Rydes or Non Emergency Medical Transportation Rydes are scheduled by medicaid NEMT brokers, clinics or patients and paid for by medicaid NEMT brokers
