Myryde is a cashless service, your credit card will automatically be charged once your ryde is completed. Please do not give your dryver cash for your ryde fare. In the event that this does happen, we cannot guarantee that a refund will be processed.
You are, however, welcome and encouraged to tip with cash at the time of the ryde or you can choose to tip by using your card in the Myryde app/website after the ryde has been completed.
**Please note that Myryde will preauthorize the full ryde fare prior to traveling. These funds will appear back on your statement within 24-72 hours of booking.
