Tipping
While booking a Myryde.app ryde is a cashless process, ryders are encourage to tip their dryver either with cash at the time of the ryde or after the ryde from the Myryde app or website.
You can tip after your ryde by logging into your account, going to “My Rydes” and then rating/tipping your dryver. A receipt will be sent to your email with the total amount.
Rating
Rating your dryver is an essential part of the ryde-hailing experience!
While dryvers are unable to see how you’ve rated them, ratings serve as an indicator of performance which helps dryvers improve their services rendered.
To rate your experience, log into your account and click “My Rydes.” You’ll see the red banner to rate your recent ryde. You can also choose to leave a tip here.
Referring
Another way you can show your appreciation is to refer your friends and family.
Each dryver has a unique code which can be plugged in during scheduling which not only gives you $5 off your first Myryde ryde, but your dryver gets $5 too!
To take advantage of a referral credit, you can either use that dryver’s referral link or their unique dryver promo code and enter it during checkout when scheduling a ryde. If you are already in communication with the dryver, they can provide you their referral link or code. You are also welcome to contact Myryde.app support, and we can provide this info or set it up for you!
Using a dryver’s referral code also adds them as a favorite dryver so that your future ryde requests are sent to them first.
