Dryvers will try their best to accommodate you. To ensure a smooth service for both riders and dryvers, here are the rules you need to follow:
Airport Pick-up: Dryvers will wait for 15 minutes past your pick-up time. After 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your ride.
Home Pick-up: Dryvers will wait for 10 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time. After 10 minutes, without communication, the dryvers will leave and we will charge a rider no-show fee. A per-minute wait fee might be charged for each minute the dryvers waits after the 10-minute courtesy wait time.
