When you schedule a Myryde.app ryde using the Myryde.app mobile app or website, it is mandatory to disclose the accurate number of passengers and checked bags. The Myryde.app platform will use this information to determine the appropriate vehicle size needed to accommodate you and your luggage safely.
We have three car categories – Small, Medium, Large – with their matching price points. Your ryde price will vary depending on the number of passengers/bags combination.
If you do not disclose the correct numbers of passengers and checked bags, your dryver may notify Myryde.app support. Myryde.app reserves the right:
– To adjust the price after the ryde to reflect the correct numbers of passengers and bags.
– For the dryver to refuse to provide service and to charge you full fare if the vehicle can’t handle the numbers of passengers and bags.
